Our hope is that you and your dog(s) will love our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied or your product is damaged in transit, simply click on the Return Center at the bottom of our Home Page. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Soiled items may not be returned. Returned items must be in original condition unless damaged during shipping. There is no cost to return an item. However, original shipping charges are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item(s) were damaged during shipment.
